At Webhance Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality font and design products. However, we understand that sometimes issues or unexpected problems can occur. If you experience any of the following:

  • A font is not working properly after installation
  • Features like ligatures, alternates, or stylistic sets are missing or not functioning
  • The product doesn’t match the description, preview images, or specifications
  • File errors, corrupted downloads, or missing files after purchase

 

Please reach out to us with full details of the issue. Include:

  • The name of the product
  • A description of the problem
  • Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible)

Order Support on Third-Party Marketplaces

If you experience any of the following issues related to your purchase:

  • Payment processing errors
  • Download problems or expired links
  • Invoice or billing issues
  • Refund or cancellation requests
 

Please contact the respective marketplace’s support team directly, as they handle all order management, transactions, and customer billing. We unfortunately don’t have access to their order systems or payment records.

Product Support from Webhance Studio

Even if you purchased our product from another marketplace, you can still receive full product-related support directly from us. We’re happy to help you with:

  • Font installation issues (Mac/Windows)
  • Features not working (ligatures, alternates, kerning, etc.)
  • Errors in files (missing glyphs, corrupted files, or export issues)
  • Clarification on usage, licensing, or supported software

Pricing, Licensing & Delivery Differences

Please note the following when purchasing from different platforms:

  • Pricing: May vary due to platform fees, subscription models, or currency settings.
  • Licensing terms: Each marketplace has its own license types (personal, commercial, extended, etc.). Please check what’s included before buying.
  • Delivery Format: Some platforms may include extras like bonus files, webfont kits, or early updates—while others offer the core product only.
 

We recommend reviewing each platform’s listing details carefully before completing a purchase.

All our products are delivered as digital downloads. Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive immediate access to your files.

 

Instant Download (Webhance.net)

  • After completing your payment, the file will begin downloading automatically.
  • You’ll also receive an order confirmation email with a secure download link and order details.
  • If you created an account on Webhance.net, you can access all your downloads at any time by logging in and visiting the “My Account” section.
  • We strongly recommend creating an account or providing a valid email address during checkout to avoid issues with receiving your files or updates.

 

Delayed Payment or Download

In rare cases, your download may be delayed due to:

  • Credit/debit card payment processing issues
  • Network errors during checkout
  • Payment gateway verification (e.g., 3D secure, bank holds)

 

If your payment is successful but you haven’t received your files within 15–30 minutes, please check:

  • Your email inbox and spam/junk folders
  • Whether the payment was fully completed and confirmed
  • If you used the correct and valid email during checkout

 

If the issue remains unresolved, don’t worry—we’ll manually verify your order and send the download link within 48 hours.

If you purchased or downloaded fonts or design assets from our old Webhance Studio website before our latest update or platform migration, don’t worry — your access and support are still valid.

 

How to Request Access to Old Downloads

We understand that some customers may have:

  • Lost access to the download link
  • Changed email addresses
  • Didn’t create an account previously
  • Need to redownload due to a system crash or lost files

 

If this applies to you, please contact us with the following details:

  •  Your full name
  • The email address used during the original purchase
  • The product name(s) you downloaded or purchased
  • Any order confirmation emails, invoice numbers, or payment proofs (if available)
  • Email us at hello@webhance.net, and we’ll do our best to verify your purchase and resend the files.

 

Note:

We may need extra time to manually verify purchases made before the new system was launched. Please allow 24–72 hours for a complete response.

  • If you remember only partial details, we’ll still try our best to assist you.
  • Some very old or retired products may no longer be supported, but we’ll offer alternatives where possible.
